Prior to co-founding JUST ENJOY™, Juan worked at Agilysys, a leader provider of hospitality software solutions worldwide. At Agilysys, he was made responsible to establish a Network Practice and was named Director of Network Solutions. In this role, he developed the network strategy from ground zero transforming the company into an enterprise class Network Integrator recognized across the US, and grew the practice sales revenue 600% in just one year selling to customers in the hospitality segment, including casinos and resorts in California and Nevada. Juan also worked with integrator Stack Computer for 7 years, where he was one of the key principals responsible for growing the business up to the point of the successful acquisition by Agilysys. Before Stack, Juan spent five years as independent IT consultant in the food and entertainment industries. During this time, he co-founded two tech start-ups, including innovative technology supplier HospitalityProducts.com,where he served as CTO. Before Juan ventured into his entrepreneurial life, he worked for Sun Microsystems and DEC. Juan studied Computer Engineering at California State University, and holds more than 10 recognized industry certifications.
Yuriy Kumanov is an expert in Information Technology (IT) design, implementation and business development. He had been studying, teaching, and developing Information Technology business solutions for more than 16 years and achieved industry's most respected certifications. Prior to co-founding JUST ENJOY™, Yuriy worked at Agilysys where he was responsible for business management, development and strategic alliance between internal business units and third party vendors. Before joining Agilysys, Yuriy worked for Cisco Systems, Inc. and Fidelity National Financial. Yuriy and his family immigrated to United States in August 1997 from Ukraine. Prior to immigrating to US, Yuriy was a founder and successful business owner of a multi-vertical business focusing on retail, hospitality, and technology business verticals. He was able to achieve brand recognition for the business and grow sales beyond expected projections until selling the business prior to immigrating to the UnitedStates. Yuriy Kumanov has achieved his Masters in Computer Science in Ukraine and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration. Yuriy is a US Citizen, and lives in Los Angeles, CA.
Jeannette is a self-starter business woman with a vision. In 1994, she started an early stage social network dedicated for Puertoricans that grew to 10,500 members within one year and succesfully transitioned into a profitable project that still stands up to date. In 2000, she founded IQ Outsourcing, Inc. and took it to profitability within one year before sellling it to XAN Force, LLC where she has served as Principal up to date. XAN Force is a profitable consulting company with several Fortune 1000 customers. Jeannette was born in New York, grew up in Puerto Rico, and then moved to California where she double majored in Psychology and Spanish at California State University.
Andrey Kumanov is young and very ambitious entrepreneur. During Andrey’s short, but successful entrepreneurial career, he started several businesses (mostly on-line) and made 3 of them successful. Andrey’s last project received well-deserved recognition from wide audience of customers and partners. Andrey brings experience how to build and promote on-line business with low CAPEX/OPEX and high profitability. At Just Enjoy, Andrey plays an integral role as Research and Development Lead where he brings energy of a new generation, fresh ideas that resonate well with Just Enjoy end-users, and makes Just Enjoy application more intelligent and user-friendly. “Never give up, never lose hope, and always achieve perfection” is the slogan Andrey has created and lives by.
Dan Stiel is Vice President of Sales for Just Enjoy LLC. A successful entrepreneur, Dan is the founder of Stiel Direct LLC, a marketing services firm formed in 2000 that has completed over 2,500 marketing and sales projects for a number of major retailing chains. Dan also served as the Director of Payment Systems for Circle K Stores, where he developed and marketed a number of innovative payment solutions and financial services for the retailer’s more than 5,000 franchisee, dealer, and company-owned locations operating under the BP, Shell, Exxon, Union 76, and Circle K banners. Prior to that Dan served as Vice President, Marketing for First Interstate Bancorp, a $60 billion commercial bank where he oversaw product and marketing for credit and debit cards, ATMs, and electronic banking products for 1,130 bank offices in twelve western states. Dan was born in New York City and raised in Long Beach, California. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Bill Palermo is the CEO of Gaming & Resort Development, Inc. He brings over 35 years of practical day-to-day experience in the development and operations of casino, hotel, resort, multi-use entertainment centers, and restaurant projects worldwide. His career began in family operated restaurants, and he received further training in large convention, and casino resort hotel properties. Mr. Palermo then became the youngest general manager within a large chain of independent hotels, and was eventually given the responsibility for opening all new resort & casino properties, both domestic and international. He went on to become Project Director, specializing in management advisory services for the international accounting firm of Harris Kerr Forster (now Pannell Kerr Forster), where he advised on the development, franchising, financial and operational aspects of many new casino, restaurant, hotel and resort projects. This position led to him spearheading a hotel/resort development program in Australia and New Zealand. He later joined forces with an associate and formed V.I.P. Inns of America, which grew into a multi-unit hotel management firm. Since having established his own consulting firm, Bill Palermo has organized the development of more than 100 hotel, casino, restaurant, franchise, and resort projects throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Bahamas, South Pacific, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a popular speaker at industry events, a frequent guest on radio/television talk shows, a university guest lecturer, and has authored numerous articles on trends in the industry.
Dave is a visionary, an entrepreneur and an award winning marketing executive. He is currently the President and Co-Founder of Gamertrainer.com, an online service that provides private, online training sessions to console and PC gamers of any skill level. He brings more than 10 years of Hospitality industry experience. In his previous position as VP of Marketing at Agilysys, Inc. he was responsible for strategic marketing, business planning, communications and supplier relationships for all business units. Agilysys, Inc. is one of the largest IT solution providers in North America and is a leading provider of Hospitality and Retail technical solutions, including proprietary property management, inventory & procurement and point of sale solutions. In his career Dave has led several highly successful teams, developed many go to market strategies and has specialized in leading brands to their highest levels of achievement. Dave brings deep experience to the table in the areas of brand/product marketing and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, budget planning, channels management, public relations, Web 2.0 and social media.
